I am installing the mini PC for a signage display. The PC will be installed in the ceiling and is difficult to access. In the event of a power outage, the PC needs to be able to reboot itself and resume running the application. Can the ZOTAC mini PCs do that?

Yes. There is AC Power Loss/Resume function in the BIOS that can be set to ON/OFF/LAST STATE.
