David Liu
Technical Manager
David joined Ocean in 1992 when the company was first established in Australia. He holds a double degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science. He also has CNE, ECNE, MCNE and MCP certifications. With eight years experience in the electronic industry and over 35 years of IT industry experience, his extensive knowledge covers electronic devices, software programming and hardware integration (including at the chip level). His excellent attention to detail and critical analytical skills make him a trusted advisor in the industry.
Hobby: Reading, in particular science fiction.
