Computer Repairs and Upgrades
Covering all major brands including DELL, HP, Acer, ASUS, IBM, Lenovo and our own Octek brand. Octek can repair most out of warranty systems, advise on upgrade options, clean and service all moving parts and help with backing up data, improving performance and virus detection and removal.
Laptop / Notebook Repairs
Octek can service most brands of laptop from DELL, HP, Toshiba, Acer, Lenovo, ASUS, IBM and Fujitsu. Bring your out of warranty laptop to us for diagnosis and repair. We can also advise and supply upgrades on RAM, Hard Drives, Operating Systems as well as other services including virus removal and replacement accessories.
Octek can repair your printer in warranty and out of warranty. Servicing all major brands including HP, Kyocera, Samsung, Canon and Epson.

Terms and ConditionsCustomer is responsible for the transportation to and from Ocean Office Automation.
Customer is responsible for backing up their data, the customer gives Ocean the authorisation to format and thus remove all data from the HDD if required, unless prior arrangement is made.
Ocean Office Automation may restore your system to the same image as when is was built.
Ocean Office Automation will contact you if any new parts are required before installation.
Ocean Office Automation retains the right to hold the customers equipment until payment is made in full.
Octek warranty is a hardware parts and labour warranty only. Additional service including backing up data, restoring data, transfering data, installing applications or any other work outside of the hardware warranty terms and conditions will incure the normal service charges as listed above. All work carried out includes a 90 day labour warranty. Parts warranty is as per manufacturers warranty of the individual parts.
